STUPID EYCHELLE. ANYWAY, THIS IS NOT THE MAIN POINT.

THE FOCUS IS THAT I HAVE JUST HEARD FROM OUR DEAR CAPTAIN, TAN LEE BOON, THAT EVERYONE IS DROPPING TO CCA. PLEASE TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION HER FEELINGS, THE DEPRESSIONIST, AND ALSO YOUR OTHER TEAM-MATES.

I WANTED TO SAY THAT I HAVE SURVIVED JAMES AND MRS LEONG FOR FOUR YEARS. FOUR LONG YEARS THAT HAVE BEEN VERY FRUSTRATING, BUT THE TEAM HAS MADE ME PULLED THROUGH. You train months or years to achieve what you are now, and you want to waste all that by dropping to cca and waste your talent and hardwork by jumping every saturday for a mere 1 1/2 hours. Slowly, everyone is dropping. Pat, shuping, lydia, isabel, eunice, tricia, sarah, jane, marriane, cynthia. But I stuck on. Why? Because it's truly sad to suffer so long and then just give up.

Doesn't it give you the satisfaction to work at a goal, together, for so long? Even though we may not get 1st or everything else the netball club achieves, there are moments worth remembering as a team. And also, consider the feelings of other team-mates. You give up, and they have to work even harder, to make up for what talent the team has lost. They have to withstand the hardships and overcome the obstacles alone.

Your selfish deeds are making James dire, and he has to resort to bringing in people who are harder to train as they have little background. He has to start from scratch. (I shan't name names) But it's pretty blatant that these people have a stronger passion and drive. What happened to the enthu sec 1s we once were? BRING IT BACK MAN.

Oh, even if James and Mrs Leong are biased and whatever not, and they have totally no regards for your feelings whatsoever, and you feel that this is another way to take revenge; think about this: Are you taking revenge on them or on the people who actually DO care about your feelings e.g. the b and c div.

And for people like our captain, who has poured so much into helping the team, supporting the team, motivating the team (SHEARLY! :)), are you going to waste her efforts? She's slowly giving up, because you are too. I mean, it's pretty futile to care for a team that is dwindling away.

Isn't the friendship enough to salvage this situation?

SO I PLEAD, FOR EVERYONE TO STOP DROPPING TO CCA, STOP THIS TOTALLY UN-COOL TREND, OKAY? MAKE IT A PROMISE.

DON'T MAKE MY OUR captain fall into depression!

HI PEOPLE ! sarah here, i've been doing some thinking and researching for a gym clothing line(sounds so cool right?) which consists of :
- a sweatshirt pullover
- butt shorts :D

it's totally cool !

this is how it looks like..neat stuff right?
you can change the colour , font, words (eg. ij gym,gymnasts..etc.)

this is my model, chelsea, what she's wearing is a sky blue pullover, how cute! (not the pants)

So far we've completed two trainings and i only attended one but whatever. I was on vacation.. HAHA! Oh yes, you know i so dislike those red sandbags! When i jump, they'll start sagging and jumping all over my ankle, and it kind of hurts when the metal scratches against my skin.... causing friction thus causing heat on my ankle AND THEN my skin will burn and tear. See how 2 innocent 4 kg sandbags will lead to??

1. try not to be overambitious and jump so high till u fall

2. please give some respects to your SENIORS!

3. please do not be too proud if you are selected for comp..
or don be too upset if you are not chosen.. that's always chance...
and u have to work hard for chances to come!

4. please teach your fellow friends if you think someone is doing smth wrongly
and not to criticise them .. or even pick on them..
accept people's remark... esp the seniors' .. they are more experienced than you all.

5. please stay on the tramp for only a limited time ... like 5 min at one time THE MOST.
let the others use the tramp too . as the tramp belongs to THE TEAM. not you yourself.

6.wait for your turn to go up the tramp.. don cut queue can.

7. look at other people even when it's not your turn.. u will learn from it.

8. good luck for the upcoming comp..

this is just what i have observed in the few times i've been there :)
