C'div it's ur first year so don't think so much even though is not good or wat..yeap over it's over.

anw i was quite proud of my ROUTINE!coz mei ying gave me her power and mandy too..haha!
WARM UP SERIOUSLY SUCK. but competition itself was not bad..
MANDY SHOULD BE PROUD TOO COZ I DIDN'T USED ANY MUSCLES!haha got no muscles to used only fats.

WE DID IT. the trophies don't matter, what matters was that we gave it our all and made james proud!

thank the Lord for he is good and gives us all things great! through him, and by faith, we were able to hold on together, as a team.

think i'll ask james to teach me a div ;) routine's cool, eh? heee. especially that half turn back layout thing. :) but i think he havent teach me finish, then i go out of the school already. haha. that's how lousy i am. anyway, according to james, i'm lousy lah. only through HIM then i become good. wanna apply for dsa. so cool leh. but i dont think they'll want to accept my application with my lousy gym skills. never even win anything. which jc should i go? i want your opinions people!

really can't bear to leave ij anymore. 10 whole years of my life. gym, and the friends i've made. thanks for making a change in my life.

and my message for the sec ones...

1. try not to be overambitious and jump so high till u fall

2. please give some respects to your SENIORS!

3. please do not be too proud if you are selected for comp..
or don be too upset if you are not chosen.. that's always chance...
and u have to work hard for chances to come!

4. please teach your fellow friends if you think someone is doing smth wrongly
and not to criticise them .. or even pick on them..
accept people's remark... esp the seniors' .. they are more experienced than you all.

5. please stay on the tramp for only a limited time ... like 5 min at one time THE MOST.
let the others use the tramp too . as the tramp belongs to THE TEAM. not you yourself.

6.wait for your turn to go up the tramp.. don cut queue can.

7. look at other people even when it's not your turn.. u will learn from it.

8. good luck for the upcoming comp..

this is just what i have observed in the few times i've been there :)
yepss that's about all i wanted to say.. yupps.

hello!! yay just added in the names of C div people and did some minor changes!! Leebon and Kimberly are talking to me on msn now eh.. ok c div people if you have msn or blog or whatver just say it in the tagboard and we'll link you guys when the links are up..
